I operate out of the person-centered approach to counseling. What this means is that I am following each client on their path towards growth from a client-led lens. I focus on the collaborative nature that is the therapeutic space. However, I believe in a multi-modal approach and may discuss different interventions that may help clients achieve their therapeutic goals from different evidence-based practices. I am passionate at wanting to help young adults in the transitions of life and the journey of discovering oneself. I am a proud Queer therapist that focuses on gender-inclusive care for every person that comes to Affordable Counseling. services for children and adolescents, as well as support for LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
We offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. We also offer specialized services for children and adolescents, as well as support for LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
As a therapist in training, my priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. With a warm and gentle approach rooted in person-centered therapy, I trust your innate wisdom and strength to lead the way toward meaningful change. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here to walk

With a warm and gentle approach rooted in person-centered therapy, I trust your innate wisdom and strength to lead the way toward meaningful change. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and encouragement as you navigate your unique journey.
While pursuing my degree in Counseling Psychology at Bastyr University, I’ve embraced a whole-person approach to therapy. This means we will consider not only your thoughts and emotions but also the ways your physical health, relationships, environment, and even your sense of purpose and spirituality contribute to your overall well-being. By honoring the connection between mind, body, and spirit, we can work toward deeper and more sustainable growth that aligns with who you truly are.
Together, we will explore your emotions and experiences, uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, and create a path toward a balanced, fulfilling life that reflects your goals and values.
As Carl Rogers said, 'The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.'
I’m here to support you in discovering that self-acceptance and creating the meaningful growth you deserve—all at a pace and direction that feels right for you.
